How to Remove Hair Permanently Naturally
Having excess hair can make you feel uncomfortable about your appearance. In women, too much facial or body hair is often the result of a condition called hirsutism, which tends to be caused by a hormonal imbalance. To remove hair and prevent it from coming back, a natural approach is often the kindest on the body.

Use a waxing kit to remove your hair. These are available over-the-counter and come using natural ingredients. Simply warm up the wax, apply it to the area on which you'd like to remove hair, then apply a strip on top. Yank off the strip in the opposite direction of hair growth, keeping the strip as flat to the skin as possible. After waxing several times, you should notice the hair growing back thinner and in some cases, it might not reappear at all.
Step 2
Take a supplement to try to balance your hormones and to decrease your excess hair growth. According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, a calcium-D-glucarate supplement is best because it can reduce the amount of androgens in your body and bring balance to your hormone levels. Once this is achieved, excess hair will dissipate permanently.
Step 3
Manually remove your excess hair using tweezers. If your excess hair is restricted to a small area of your body, plucking it might help you remove it inexpensively. Plucking hair in the same area repeatedly will encourage it to grow back thinner at a much slower pace and over time, not at all.
Step 4
Use herbs to modify the balance of hormones in your body. According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, taking a 165 mg supplement of saw palmetto twice a day or 20 ro 40 mg of black cohosh twice a day can react against androgen in your body and reduce the amount of excess hair you experience. When your hormones are regulated, the excess hair will go away on its own.
