How to Get Rid of Saggy Breasts for a Teenager
Breasts come in all shapes and sizes. The kind of breasts we see in fashion magazines and on television aren't the only kind. Some teens, especially teens whose breast grew quickly, are large or that participate in vigorous exercise might experience sagging. There are a few things you can to to prevent more sagging and remedy some of your current sagging, but keep in mind that your breast shape is healthy and OK just the way it is.
Step 1
Support your breasts by wearing a bra that fits properly. Always wear a bra during physical activity. Get fitted at a department store to make sure you're purchasing the right size bra. Movements like intense exercise can stretch the ligaments the hold your breasts up.
Step 2
Build up your chest muscles by doing push-ups and other chest exercises. When you increase your pectoral muscles, they push your breast tissue forward, which can make it look fuller and more lifted.
Step 3
Eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. These foods give your body the nutrients it needs to grow properly and to develop healthy, firm skin and muscles. Eat your favorite foods, too, like pizza and french fries, but eat them once in a while instead of at every meal.
Step 4
Exercise to help maintain a healthy weight. Don't focus on being skinny; focus on being healthy. Breasts are made up primarily of fat, and if they grow big, quickly, they could sag and droop. Try to get 30 to 60 minutes of exercise each day by doing something fun like sports, dancing or hiking.
Step 5
Give your body time to grow into its adult shape. Teen breasts go through multiple stages of development. During that time, your breast shape changes dramatically. You might find one breast grows faster than the other or that your breasts don't seem to have a full shape, according to the Committee on Adolescent Health Care. These characteristics can change as your body changes.
