Crystal Light Nutrition Information
Made with sugar substitutes, Crystal Light contains fewer calories than regular soft drinks but isn't calorie free, like many diet sodas. Crystal Light comes in powder form and mixes with water to create a flavored beverage. Several varieties of Crystal Light are available, and nutrition facts vary from product to product.

Crystal Light Classic formulas contain 5 calories per 2-gram serving, which is 1/2 teaspoon mixed with about 8 ounces of water according to taste. These beverages are sugar free and provide zero percent of the recommended daily allowance of fat, carbohydrates or protein. But they're fortified to provide 10 percent of the recommended daily allowance of calcium and 100 percent of the RDA of vitamin C.
Other Crystal Light Products
Crystal Light Energy products have the same calorie and macronutrient profile as classic flavors, but instead of vitamin C and calcium, they contain 10 percent of the RDA of niacin, vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12, biotin and pantothenic acid per 2-gram serving. Other products contain added caffeine. Crystal Light Pure Fitness contains 3 grams of sugar per 4-gram serving and provides 15 calories, 1 percent of the RDA for carbohydrates and 1 percent of the RDA for sodium, with no other nutrients.
