Foods Rich in Vitamins B & C
The B vitamins are thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, panothenic acid, vitamin B-6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B-12. Vitamin C and the B vitamins are water-soluble, which means that your body excretes excess amounts of these vitamins in your urine. A variety of foods contain either B vitamins or vitamin C, but not as many contain both.
