    According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Nutrient Database, a 3-oz. serving of corned beef contains approximately 200 calories. Approximately 144 calories come from fats, while protein provides 60 calories per serving. There are no carbohydrates in corned beef.

    A 3-oz. serving of corned beef can provide 10 percent of the daily recommended intake of calories for the average person. This percentage is determined on a typical diet of 2000 calories per day.

    The USDA also indicates that a serving of corned beef weighs 85g. Of that amount, the serving contains 16g of fat and 15g of protein. Indigestible matter, other nutrients and water make up the remaining portion.
