How to Reduce Loose Skin on Elbows
A common side effect of the aging process is the development of loose skin on the body. As you grow older, your skin loses elastin and collagen, which are responsible for keeping the skin supple and elastic. Beneath the arms and on the elbows is an especially troubling area when it comes to loose skin. However, you can do some things to reduce the amount of loose skin hanging from your elbows and give your arms a tauter look.

Do dip exercises to reduce the loose skin on your elbows. Begin by positioning yourself in front of a seat with your hands gripping the edge. Your legs should be stretched out straight with your heels flat on the floor. Bend your elbows and lower your body in front of the seat. Then push yourself back up again. Repeat at least 10 times.
Step 2
Perform bench presses with a barbell to tone your upper arms and retract some of your loose elbow skin. Hold the barbell in both hands while lying on a bench. Push the bar up and down onto your chest, then push it back up above your chest. Hold for a few seconds, then lower it down. Repeat as many times as you can.
Step 3
Perform hammer curl exercises using dumbbells. Begin with your feet spread slightly and the dumbbells in both of your hands at your sides. Lift your right hand up to your shoulder, hold, then lower down as you bring the left hand up. Repeat this on each arm at least 15 times.
Step 4
Keep hydrated by drinking at least eight 8-oz. glasses of water a day. This will keep your skin supple and at the very least make your loose elbow skin less noticeable.
