If your cellulite looks worse after working out, it could be due to another factor, such as dehydration. When you are dehydrated, fat cells rise to the top of your skin. This creates the dimpled appearance. Drinking plenty of water while avoiding caffeinated drinks, taking an antioxidant and consuming a diet with healthy fats will help to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
